Team Success Assistant & Office Manager

Summary

CReed Global Enterprises is seeking a Team Success Assistant is our sales and marketing support team member. Ideal candidates would be responsible for managing the office and partner relationships and has a deep understanding of client servicing and organization. This position is responsible for representing CReed Global Enterprises and affiliated organizations and brands in all activities associated with partner and client interaction, managing the operations and day to day activities, as well as assisting the CEO and management team. This person will become a subject matter expert for our business and operations, brands, products, and services.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include executive and administrative duties as required to include managing client needs and studio/office
  • Answer phones; as the first point of contact, greet and directs visitors and clients. on boarding, billing, event planning, etc.
  • Book appointments and follow up on sales calls. Learn, know and be able to articulate solutions provided by our company, vendors, and collaborators and direct clients to the proper person for resolution
  • Represent CReed Global Enterprises and affiliate companies and brands professionally in partner meetings, trainings, events
  • Address and anticipate client’s needs with the appropriate level of judgement, common sense, urgency, proactive action, and with a solution-oriented approach
  • Educate and inform CReed Global Enterprises team on operations and execution needed
  • Ability to treat all company and client matters and information as sensitive and confidential
  • Coordinate and draft communications for social media, emails, products, services, sales, advertising, marketing, operations, scheduling, events, processes, and more
  • Active listener and avid note taker
  • Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned

  • Demonstrated ability to keep your word, understand, organize, and deliver information is required
  • Ability to build effective working relationships, take initiative, and be a forward thinker is priority.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with varied stakeholders, including and not limited to Sales, Marketing, IT, Technical, Production, Back Office Operations, vendors, and other Business Unit product teams.
  • Strong negotiation and project team-building skills
  • Ability to lead, work collaboratively, triage and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to interact and communicate with all levels of an organization both internally and externally and stand respectfully firm when needed.

Required Education and Experience

  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Laptop, mobile phone and reliable transportation required and the ability to travel for extended periods as needed
  • Must be extremely computer literate and savvy and can manage multiple projects/clients/tasks at once with proficiency
  • Remote

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a communication, sales, relationship, or business focus is preferred
  • Experience with message delivery, sales, event planning, marketing, office and business management, customer service and project management.
