Can I stream to multiple platforms on CGM?
Yes, we stream to the Web, Apple iOS, Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV and to Smart TVs like: LG, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, Panasonic, Philips Smart TV.

Do I have to have a paid subscription to watch content on CGM TV?

No, you can watch FREE content by creating an account with an email address and password.

Why am I only hearing audio when Iā€™m on the app?
You are not logged in. Click the gear icon in the top right to log in, then create a new account or sign up for a subscription.

Why is the content in the app only partially visible?
Make sure your Wi-Fi or internet is connected. Having the app connected to internet allows all the content graphics to display.

How do I refer other people who want to sign with CGM TV Network to monetize their content?
Send an email to info@CReedGlobalMedia.com, subject line: Referral. Make sure to tell us who you are and provide a phone number so we can thank you for the referral.

Is content synced across devices so that I can pick up where I left off?
Yes, when you log in with the same email address and password on different devices, your content viewing experience will pick up where you left off.

How do I reset my password?
Click on Forgot Password to reset your password.

Are you able to see my password in your system?
No, we do not store the password.

What would be the subject of the password reset email?
The subject line will be: Reset password instructions.

Would this password reset email possibly be in spam?
Yes, the email can be in the spam folder as well.

Is there a way the CGM TV team can reset user and subscriber passwords?
Please contact our support team at info@CReedGlobalMedia.com to generate a reset password link.

Can you reset the password for me?
We can generate a reset password link for the user that they can use to reset their password. The password reset link is valid for 48 hours.

Is a password reset for one CGM TV platform, ex. Roku or reset on all platforms including web, smart tvs, etc. or just that one platform?
The new password will be updated on all platforms. Remember, when you log in to CGM TV on other platforms, to use your new password.

What should I do when I get a blue screen?
Refresh the app and the content will display.

What should I do when my screen says I am unauthorized to view this content? 
Delete the app and download it directly from your app store
