The CGM Sales and Business Development Professional is … Looking for New Opportunity
- Products you can get behind and be proud of; a team you actually look forward to seeing on Zoom and swapping celebration emojis with in our collaborative tools.
- Promote and sell media products and services that CGM offers; approaches potential customers to make sales and maintains excellent relationships with all clients.
- Sell CGM and client branded product packages, advertisements, sponsorships, pay per view spots, banner placement, streaming, services, naming rights, etc.
- Energetic, go-getter, ability to work in fast paced environment, and ready to embark upon an adventure.
- Takes initiative, is dedicated, comfortable with change, and executes with company goals in mind.

- You have been in sales and business development since before you could remember… okay, okay, maybe not that long, yet it feels so natural to you, it’s like you’ve been in the game since forever.
- Works to reach sales quotas and delivers sales reports to upper management.
- Creates opportunities for sales to occur in all environments and keeps the company mission and vision at the forefront of all efforts.
Consistency, close rates, and continuous improvement are your M.O.
- You know the value of defining your unique, winning sales process, practicing it daily, and optimizing it frequently.
- Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, conferences, or other means.
Believes the close happens before they get on the call.
- So, you pay attention to the entire journey and place breadcrumbs thoughtfully and strategically so when they arrive at your house, they’re ready to eat.
- Builds relationships with clients and community to bring value and business back to CReed Global brands.
Have a track record of handling and overcoming objections consistently.
- You know how to identify and maneuver different personality profiles.

- From diving head first into the community and staying in the deep end, consuming all webinars, videos, and marketing assets (TWICE), studying the sales page and offer like it’s the S.A.T., observing the community Members and creating a field guide National Geographic style, catching the vibe of the company & team, and going through our flagship program and products like you’re actually launching one yourself.

- When we have a team call at 10:00am, you show up at 9:55am. When the deadline is Tue at 5:30pm, you have it done by Mon at 5:30pm.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing paperwork, and organizing the workflow so all deadlines are met.

- You want to be involved with a company and founder who cares about their customers. You’re not just here for the money grab (…although we will be securing an obnoxious bag ��).

Required education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, Advertising, Marketing, Media Communication, or a Related Field
- 5 plus years of previous high-level results driven sales experience preferably in media or television spaces
- MS Suite experience and sales tracking programs is a must
- Computer literate and marketing savvy
